摘要
随着信息社会的发展和大数据时代的来临,数据资产对企业发展的作用越来越受到重视.近年来,围绕国家高端智库"数据赋能"战略目标,通过理清数据家底、构建数据体系、实现数据共享、深化数据应用等层层递进的研究方法,形成了有制度可保障、有措施可执行、有标准可遵循的能源数据体系,同时借助大数据、云计算等互联网技术手段,构建数据采集、加工、应用及资产管理一体化的数据平台,最终实现数据门类齐全、标准统一、集中管理和服务共享,打造"共建、共享、共有"的数据资产.
Abstract
With the development of the information society and the advent of the big data era,the role of data assets to enterprise development has been increasingly emphasized.In recent years,centering on the strategic goal of"data empowerment"of the national high-end think tank,we have formed an energy data system with a system to guarantee,measures to implement,and standards to follow by clarifying the data base,constructing a data system,realizing data sharing,and deepening the application of data through the cascading research method.At the same time,with the help of big data,cloud computing and other Internet technology,we have built a data platform that integrates data collection,processing,application and asset management,and finally realized complete data categories,unified standards,centralized management and service sharing,and created data assets that are"built,shared and common".
