在当前能源转型、国家提出碳达峰碳中和目标的形势下,中国石油企业建设综合性能源公司面临新要求.在分析国内外石油公司经验的基础上,论述中国石油企业在新发展阶段对综合性能源公司作出的新诠释和新定位,分析了中国石油企业建设综合性能源公司的愿景及实现路径,并提出4点对策建议.
Abstract
Under the current situation of energy transition and the national goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China's oil companies are facing new requirements for building comprehensive energy companies.On the basis of analyzing the experiences of domestic and foreign oil companies,this paper discusses the new interpretation and positioning of Chinese oil companies in the new stage of development for comprehensive energy companies,analyzes the vision and realization path of Chinese oil companies in building comprehensive energy companies,and puts forward four countermeasure suggestions.
