Analysis and enlightenment of the IOCs'innovation management and organization changing responding to energy transition
In response to the energy transition and turbulent market changes,international oil companies have been continuously making strategic adjustments and organizational reshaping to balance the traditional oil and gas business with the development of low-carbon businesses.By analyzing and summarizing the technological innovation organization and management mode of Shell,bp,ExxonMobil,Chevron,Aquino and other major international oil companies in the past ten years,it is found that in order to adapt to strategic adjustments,these companies have continuously pushed forward technological innovation management and organizational changes,reshaped the innovation organization structure,diversified the layout of technological fields,optimized technological acquisition,and strengthened openness and innovation.Drawing on the experience of international oil companies,combined with the requirements for the responsibility of science and technology innovation of China's central enterprises in the new period,large oil central enterprises need to continuously optimize the organizational model of technological innovation,not only to ensure the supply of key core technologies for traditional oil and gas business,but also to continuously pull the development of low-carbon business with scenario-based innovation,while at the same time creating a good openness and innovation ecosystem in the field of emerging business,and giving full play to the role of leading science and technology innovation in the construction of the modern industrial chain.
