摘要
2023年,受国际油价下行影响,五大国际石油公司经营业绩普遍下滑,但仍处于历史较好水平.原油产量普遍增长,天然气产量不同程度下滑.资本支出高于预期,上游业务投资大幅增长,低碳业务投资放缓.全球能源格局持续调整,五大国际石油公司积极调整发展策略,呈现三个特点:一是重新聚焦上游资源战略,核心资产优化程度进一步升级;二是以投资回报评估低碳项目,努力提升低碳业务盈利性;三是持续优化组织架构,提高管理效能.及时跟踪五大国际石油公司战略新动向,可为中国石油公司提升环境适应性,完善经营策略调整的思路、工具和方法,不断提升创效能力,提供有益的借鉴.
Abstract
In 2023,the operating results of the five major international oil companies generally declined due to the impact of the downward trend in international oil prices,but were still at a historically good level.Crude oil production generally increased and natural gas production declined to varying degrees.Capital expenditures were higher than expected,with investment in upstream businesses growing significantly and investment in low-carbon businesses slowing.As the global energy landscape continued to adjust,the five major international oil companies actively adjusted their development strategies,presenting three features:first,refocusing on upstream resource strategies and further upgrading the degree of optimization of core assets;second,assessing low-carbon projects in terms of investment returns and striving to enhance the profitability of low-carbon businesses;and third,continuing to optimize the organizational structure and improve management effectiveness.Timely monitoring of new trends in the strategies of the five major international oil companies can provide useful references for Chinese oil companies to enhance environmental adaptability,improve ideas,tools and methods for adjusting business strategies,and continuously improve capacity for generating efficiency.
