摘要
本文在对我国古籍工作领域在专业人才引进、培养、使用、评价激励以及人本管理等方面反映较为突出的问题进行调查分析的基础上,从国家法律、政府规章和行业规范层面,就保障古籍专业人才队伍基本规模、完善古籍专门人才培养体系、优化古籍专业人才评价激励机制和加强古籍工作人员职业安全保护等问题提出解决方案.参考文献26.
Abstract
This study investigates and analyzes the prominent bottleneck issues that are commonly reflected in the introduction,cultivation,use,evaluation and motivation,as well as humanistic management of professional talents in the field of ancient book work in China.This paper also proposes solutions from the perspectives of na-tional laws,government regulations,and industry norms,basically involving aspects as to ensure the basic scale of professional talent team,improve the cultivation system,optimize the evaluation and motivation mechanism,and establish stronger health and safety guarantee.26 refs.
