Focusing on the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of digital villages,public libraries should give a full play and empower digital village construction.Analyzing relevant regulations and policies can help with excavating and explaining the key elements and role paths of libraries in empowering digital village construction by public libraries,and providing countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of digital villages.In this paper,the policies and regulations related to digital villages and rural revitalization strategies were collected by literature survey method and network survey method,and the grounded theoretical research method was applied to qualitatively analyze the relevant text content.Studies have shown that public li-braries can achieve targeted empowerment of digital rural culture,education,services,talents,health and urban-rural integration through"digital dissemination""digital intelligence education""digital and real integration""digital source supply""digital popularization"and"digital governance",so as to promote the construction of digital villages and help rural revitalization.2 figs.4 tabs.48 refs.
