摘要
我国面向痴呆症群体的图书馆服务处于初级阶段,尚无服务指南类文件,要深入推动图书馆探索痴呆症防治特色服务,需要借鉴国外先进经验.本文对国外图书馆痴呆服务指南开展质性研究,发现指南框架主要有引言、痴呆症科普、图书馆行动、资料、服务/项目、进社区、友好空间、案例等;核心要素包括概要、人、财、物、服务、空间、合作、营销、其他资源等;内容逻辑从概念界定、服务动因和服务实施等方面依次回应了是什么、为什么和怎么做.在此基础上,从理念转变、资料服务提供、指导文件制定、合作网络搭建、特色项目培育等方面提出国外指南对我国的启示.表2.参考文献34.
Abstract
China's library services for people with dementia are in the primary stage,and there is no service guide-type document.To deeply promote libraries to explore special prevention and treatment services against dementia,there is an urgent need to study and learn from the advanced experiences of foreign countries.In this paper,we conducted a qualitative research on foreign guidelines for persons with dementia and found that:the framework of the guidelines mainly includes introduction,dementia popularization,library action,materials,services/programs,entry into the community,friendly space,and case studies,etc.;the core elements include summary,staff,finance,materials,services,space,partners,marketing,and other resources,etc.;and the logic of the contents responds to what,why,and how,from the definition of the concepts,the motivation of the services,and the implementation of the services in turn.On this basis,we propose the inspiration of foreign guidelines for China in terms of conceptual change,provision of information and services,formulation of guide-type documents,establishment of cooperative networks,and cultivation of characteristic programs.2 tabs.34 refs.
