摘要
农家书屋的高质量发展具有深刻的理论内涵,体现了国家、社会、个体三个层面的时代价值.但在农家书屋高质量发展实践中,存在文献资源利用率低、内生动力机制不足、运行规则矛盾化、用户阅读体验单一等问题.因此,在行动理路上,要深化选题策划功能、精准对接用户需求,加强文化配套建设、积极探索延伸服务,深耕内生发展模式、提升协同共治能力,探求数智技术应用、营造深度体验场景,以建设高效运转机制.图1.参考文献36.
Abstract
The high-quality development of rural libraries has profound theoretical connotations in the new era,its era value is reflected in the three levels of the country,society,and individuals.However,in the high-quality development practice of rural libraries,there are problems such as low utilization of literature resources,insufficient endogenous driving mechanisms,contradictory operating rules,and a lack of richness in user reading experience.Therefore,on the path of action strategies,it is necessary to deepen the topic planning function,accurately connect with user needs,strengthen cultural supporting construction,actively explore extended services,deeply cultivate endogenous development models,enhance collaborative governance capabilities,explore the application of digital-intelligence technology,create deep experience scenarios,and build an efficient operating mechanism.1 fig.36 refs.
