摘要
高校图书馆未来学习中心建设适应未来教育图景,能有效推动图书馆从被动信息资源提供者转变为教育主动参与者.本文以文献研究及案例分析为基础,反思高校图书馆未来学习中心建设存在的不足,提出服务设计理念能以人为本重视服务成效,为未来学习中心建设工作提供新的视角与路径.然后以山东大学图书馆为例,探讨服务设计思维在未来学习中心建设中的应用,包括洞察需求、系统协作、评估迭代等工作过程.基于山东大学图书馆实践对场景重构、用户参与、馆员定位、机构合作在未来学习中心建设工作中的促进作用展开研究.表5.参考文献30.
Abstract
The construction of Future Learning Centers in university libraries is adapted to the future landscape of education and can effectively promote the transformation of libraries from passive providers of information resources to active participants in education.Through literature research and case analysis,this study reflects on the shortcomings in the construction of Future Learning Centers in university libraries,and posits that the concept of service design,with its human-centered focus on service effectiveness,can provide a new perspective and approach for construction efforts.Using the Shandong University Library as an example,the application of service design thinking in the construction of Future Learning Centers is described through processes such as needs insight,systemic collaboration,and evaluative iteration.Furthermore,discussions are developed based on practical work experiences regarding the promotion effects of service scenarios,user participation,librarian positioning,and institutional cooperation on the work.5 tabs.30 refs.
