Study on the Factors Influencing the Utilization of Public Digital Cultural Services by People with Disabilities and the Path to Improving Information Accessibility
The information accessibility construction of public digital cultural services is an important issue in promoting equal development of public cultural services and digital inclusiveness.This paper comprehensively utilizes methods such as the 5S model and the ethnographic decision tree model,and conducts field interviews and research on the disabled user group,in order to empirically analyze the utilization needs and barriers of public digital cultural services for special groups represented by disabled individuals.Through empirical surveys and analysis,the paper identifies and analyzes the factors that affect the utilization of public digital cultural services by special user groups,grounding the analysis in theoretical coding.Based on this,a theoretical frame-work of utilization factors for public digital cultural services is developed,and relevant strategies for information accessibility construction are proposed.These strategies aim to address the challenges faced by the disabled user group in accessing and utilizing public digital cultural services,and promote equitable development of public cultural services in the digital age.7 figs.3 tabs.28 refs.
