图书馆正面临着前所未有的挑战,"无边界"图书馆是一个值得探讨的发展方向.从用户体验视角出发,"无边界"图书馆要给用户图书馆服务没有边界限制感、不存在障碍的使用体验.为此,图书馆应拓展以全球联合为目标的资源共享,开展多样化的图书馆服务,以高质量伙伴关系提升服务质量,构建兼容性的新型公共空间,打造线上线下融为一体的"无感"体验,并积极融入城市体系,提升图书馆与公共事务的关联性.参考文献37.
Abstract
Libraries today are facing unprecedented challenges,and the concept of the"boundaryless"library represents a promising avenue for development.From the perspective of user experience,a"boundaryless"library aims to provide an unrestricted and barrier-free service experience for its users.To achieve this,libraries should expand their resource-sharing initiatives with a focus on global collaboration,develop diverse library services,enhance service quality through high-quality partnerships,create compatible new public spaces,and foster an integrated"seamless"experience that combines both online and offline interactions.Furthermore,libraries should actively engage with urban systems to strengthen their relevance to public affairs.37 refs.
