高校读者纸质阅读行为规律与干预措施调查研究

摘要
为探究当前高校读者阅读行为规律、纸质阅读持续下滑原因和影响因素,文章在梳理已有研究的基础上利用问卷调查法、交叉统计法、多重响应频率分析法进行深入探究,根据年度阅读量将读者分为不同阅读频度的四类;发现不同阅读频度的读者体现的阅读行为规律、需求特征及对干预措施的接受度具有很大差异.根据调研结果,文章建议:针对低阅读量读者应寓教于乐,深度触发纸质阅读需求;针对高阅读量读者应优化服务,提升高品质纸质阅读体验.图1.表7.参考文献24.
Abstract
In order to explore the rule of reading behavior of contemporary college readers and the reasons and influencing factors for the continuous decline of paper reading,this paper makes a comprehensive exploration by using questionnaire survey,cross statistics and multiple response frequency analysis on the basis of sorting out the existing research.It takes the annual reading volume as a new standard to divide readers.The study finds that readers with different reading frequency show great differences in the rules of reading behavior,demand characteristics and acceptance of intervention measures.The paper gives some suggestions for low reading volume readers to combine education with fun and trigger paper reading needs in depth,and measures on optimizing services for readers with high reading volume and improving high-quality paper reading experience.1 fig.7 tabs.24 refs.
