文化层次视角下的公共图书馆数字藏品供需分析

摘要
在推进实施国家文化数字化战略背景下,数字藏品将成为公共图书馆文化创意工作的新方向.本研究从需求侧和供给侧出发,需求侧基于文化层次理论构建了包含外在、中间、内在三层次的Kano问卷,调研用户对公共图书馆数字藏品的需求,供给侧通过网络调研了公共图书馆数字藏品的开发现状,发现数字藏品开发存在较大的供需矛盾.基于供需矛盾提出开发策略,旨在为我国公共图书馆数字藏品开发工作提供指导,以期推动我国公共图书馆文化创意产业深层次发展.图1.表6.参考文献22.
Abstract
In the backdrop of advancing the implementation of national cultural digitization strategy,digital collections have emerged as a fresh direction for cultural and creative work in public libraries.This study proceeds from both the demand side and the supply side.On the demand side,a Kano questionnaire comprising three levels—outer,mid,and inner—is constructed based on the cultural hierarchy theory to investigate users'needs for digital collections in public libraries.On the supply side,an online survey is conducted to understand the current status of digital collection development in public libraries,revealing significant supply-demand mismatches in digital collection development.Based on the mismatches between supply and demand,development strategies are proposed,aiming to provide guidance for the development of digital collections and promote the deep-level development of the cultural and creative industry in public libraries in China.1 fig.6 tabs.22 refs.
