摘要
澳大利亚高校图书馆的开放教材出版活动具有典型代表性.针对8所澳大利亚高校图书馆的开放教材建设情况,经由网站调研法和文献调研法的梳理分析发现,其关键举措包括图书馆主导或管理开放教材行动、实施经费资助计划、依托多类型的教育资源技术平台,具有严格的项目征集和遴选标准、严谨的同行评议制度、借力联盟实现共建共享等特点.我国高校图书馆开展开放教材出版活动应发挥自身的主导作用、严控出版项目流程、构建开放教材数字平台,并依靠行业组织开展广泛合作.表1.参考文献37.
Abstract
The publication of open textbooks in university libraries in Australia has its representativeness.Through website research and literature research,this paper explores the basic situation of open textbook construction in 8 university libraries in Australia,and analyzes the key measures implemented by these libraries in the open textbook initiatives,including the library leading or managing the open textbook initiative,implementing funding programs,relying on multiple types of educational resource technology platforms.It is found that the measures have the characteristics of strict project solicitation and selection standards,rigorous peer review system,and joint construction and co-sharing by means of alliance.Finally,this paper puts forward some inspirations for university libraries in China to carry out open textbooks publication:giving full play to the leading role,strictly controlling the process of the publishing project,building an digital platform for open textbooks and carrying out extensive cooperation relying on industry organizations.1 tab.37 refs.
