The Historical Trajectory and Mission of the Global South
The term Global South carries not only geographical attributes but also profound political implications,reflecting the complex evolution of world history.From the independence and liberation movements after the post-World War Ⅱ era to today's economic rise,the participation and importance of the Global South countries in global affairs have been increasingly enhanced.In the face of internal differences and diversity,as well as external pressures from Western countries attempting to separate China from the Global South and create a new antagonistic international landscape by fabricating the"Global East"narrative,the Global South countries should strengthen historical awareness and clarify their historical mission.As a natural member of the Global South,China is promoting in-depth cooperation and striving to integrate an independent discourse system with the international discourse system to jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind.
