The 20th CPC National Congress Report has made a profound generalization and major innovation of"Chinese modernization"based on an integration of theory with practice,which has initially constructed a theoretical framework of Chinese modernization,and scientifically explained what Chinese modernization is,why Chinese-style modernization has entered into an irreversible historical course,and how to effectively make progress on the course.The report has demonstrated the internal logic of the irreversible course of Chinese modernization,the more solid material foundation,the better-developed institutional guarantee,and the more active spiritual strength of that course.It pointed out the unprecedented acute and complicated risks and challenges faced by Chinese modernization,and analyzed and deployed the strategy of pushing forward Chinese modernization with high-quality development,thus providing a reliable basis for the realization of Chinese modernization.
