The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is an important meeting held during the critical period of comprehensively building up China's strengths and striving for national rejuvenation through the Chinese path to modernization.The report of the plenary session made a scientific plan and systematic deployment for further deepening reform in all respects and promoting Chinese modernization.Studying and implementing the decision of the third plenary session is a major political task for the current and future period.In July 2024,the Journal held a seminar on"Comprehensively Deepening Reform and(National Modernization Construction)Modernizing the Country:(Learning)Studying and Implementing the(Spirit)Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China."Participants had in-depth discussions and exchange of views on various aspects of the topic.The Journal has selected academic papers from seven scholars attending the seminar-Huang Zongliang,Dong Zhiyong,Yan Jirong,Sun Xiguo,Ma Guoqing,Li Ling,and Wang Dashu to share their insights with readers.
