The Logic of Rule of Law Development in Chinese Path to Modernization
To understand the connotation and characteristics of the Chinese modernization of the rule of law,it requires refinement and interpretation of the unique logic of the development of the rule of law in the process of Chinese path to modernization from the macro perspective of China's modern transformation process since 1840 and the Chinese modernization led by the CPC.The modernization of the rule of law in China is the modernization of"party centrism"led by the CPC.The strong political authority,organizational mechanism and leadership of the CPC play a key leading role in the construction of the rule of law.The modernization of the rule of law in China has a profound logic of political and legal relationships,and the relationship between the Party and law has become the core element determining the modernization of the rule of law in contemporary China.The essence of the Chinese path to modernization led by the CPC profoundly determines the remarkable uniqueness,autonomy and creativeness of the Chinese modernization of the rule of law,which is also a kind of narrative of the rule of law that has historical and world significance,thus greatly enriching and expanding the forms and paths of the modernization of the rule of law for later modern countries.
