A Systemic and Integrative Approach to Further Deepening Reform in All Respects
System integration is a guideline for further deepening reform comprehensively and an important method for advancing Chinese modernization.Chinese modernization lays stress on the integration and coordinated development of material modernization,system modernization and the modernization of human beings,and features systematic integration ever prominently in the reform,showing a trend of system integration.At the same time,it also faces some outstanding contradictions and practical challenges.To deal with these contradictions and challenges,the overall role of the Party's leadership must be given full play through running the Party's leadership in all respects and the whole process of further deepening reform comprehensively,that is,focusing on objectives and tasks of material modernization,system modernization and human modernization,so as to make reform more systematic,holistic and coordinated,and ensure that further deepening of reform comprehensively will move steadily along the direction of system integration and improve its quality and efficiency.
