Research on Common Prosperity from the Perspective of Policy Analysis
Common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism,and analyzing the related policy documents are important for understanding and promoting the substantive development of common prosperity.Based on 61 valid policy document samples,this article analyzes the content of the related policy documents on common prosperity and constructs a two-dimensional analytical framework of policy tools and goals.In rural revitalization,the current trend shows that the choice of policy tools is diversified,but there are problems of imbalanced proportion and insufficient internal coordination.The policy goal units cover a wide range,but the relationship between rural revitalization goals and tools is not interwoven,and the correlation is relatively weak.In the future,policy optimization should focus on the adjustment and balanced coverage of policy tool combinations and target units,and appropriately enhance the two-dimensional correlation between rural revitalization goals and tools.
