Summative assessment has been employed in learning efficacy of college English for a long time. However, it is difficult to make an objective and fair assessment of the all-round development of students. Based on the theories of language testing and multiple intelligences, this paper involves multiple learning evaluation model of the assessment, evaluation subject and evaluation content hoping to change the single assessment form and to promote the reform of college English assessment system in China.
