新工科视域下创新应用型制药工程专业人才培养模式探索

该文基于新工科视域下制药工程专业的特点,探索在教学过程中如何鼓励学生积极参与各种实践活动,提高教学质量,培养具有创新能力的应用型专业人才.建立以学生全面发展为目标,以创新能力和应用能力培养为核心,以质量持续改进为保障的人才培养体系.以创新应用型人才培养为目标,全面启动"专业质量提升工程",以专业工程认证为抓手,将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程.按照用人产业对专业人才的要求制定培养方案,将创新、创造、创业能力作为评价人才培养质量的重要指标,探索和创新制药专业学生教育发展模式,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力.
Based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical engineering from the perspective of new engineering,the study was aimed to encourage students to actively participate in various practical activities in the teaching process,which could improve the quality of teachingand cultivate innovative applied professionals.To establish a talent training system with the goal of all-round development of students,the core of training innovative ability and application ability,and the guarantee of continuous quality improvement.With the goal of cultivating innovative and applied talents,the"professional quality improvement project"has been fully launched,and professional engineering certification has been taken as the starting point to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training.According to the requirements of industrial talents,the training standards are formulated,and the innovation,creation and entrepreneurial ability were taken as important indexes to evaluate the quality of talent training.The educational development mode of pharmaceutical studentsis explored and innovated,and the practical and innovative ability of students was improved as the orientation.
