新时代应用型高校教师教学创新团队建设的问题、需求与策略

教师教学创新团队建设是应用型高校高质量发展的关键举措,是提高应用型人才培养质量的重要因素.针对教师教学创新团队建设中出现的结构不合理、团队成员能力不足、机制体制不健全等系列困境,系统地从明确建设任务、科学组建团队、能力提升、教学创新、协作共同体打造和机制体制建设等方面提出团队建设策略,提升应用型高校教育教师教学创新团队建设水平.
The construction of teachers'teaching innovation team is a key measure for the high-quality development of application-oriented universities and an important factor to improve the quality of application-oriented talents training.This paper focuses on the problems of unreasonable structure,insufficient ability of team members and imperfect mechanism in the construction of teachers'teaching innovation team.This study puts forward team building strategies from the aspects of clear construction tasks,scientific team building,ability improvement,teaching innovation,collaborative community building,and mechanism and system construction,so as to improve the level of teaching innovation team building of teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities.
