军校学员自主学习动力内涵与测量研究

自主学习是学习者管理自己学习行为的现代学习方法.在高等教育质量改革和军校新型军事人才培养需求的推动下,军校学员要求具有更好的自主学习能力和动力.面对军队人才培养这一重大需求,如何评价军校学员的学习动力,成为一个重要的研究课题.该文首先界定军校学员自主学习动力的内涵和要素;然后基于CCSS测量工具,构建军校学员自主学习动力测量模型和测试题项;最后利用某军校学员的测量结果验证模型的有效性,为自主学习动力水平的测量提供参考.
Autonomous learning is a modern learning method for learners to manage their own learning behavior.Driven by the transformation of higher education and the demand of new military talents in the army,higher autonomous leaning ability and motivation are required for military cadets.For the badly need of the talents for the army,how to evaluate learning motivation is an important research topic.In this paper,the connotation and constituent elements are firstly studied.And then measuring model and questions are structured based on CCSS.Finally,the validity of the model is proved by using the measurement results of the cadets in one military academy,thus providing reference for the measurement of the motivation level of learning autonomy.
