PBL教学模式在生物化学实验教学中的设计与实践

为响应一流本科专业建设,提高生物化学实验课教学质量,提高学生的独立学习能力、实践能力和科研能力,针对学院 4个专业 2020级 378 名在校生进行PBL教学模式的设计和实践.将信息技术和PBL教学法有机融合,在实验教学过程中,整合教学内容、设置情境问题,对课前、课中、课后 3 个环节进行教学体系构建并实施,结果显示,该教学模式可明显提高教学效果,提高学生的独立自学能力、合作实践能力,有利于培养学生的独立科研能力,为一流本科专业建设服务.
In order to respond to the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry Experiment course,and improve the students'independent learning ability,practical ability and scientific research ability,the PBL teaching mode was designed and practiced for 378 students of grade 2020 in four majors of the college.In the process of experimental teaching,by organically integrating the information technology and PBL teaching methods,situational problems were set,and the teaching system was constructed and implemented for the three links:pre class,in class and after class.The results showed that this teaching mode could significantly improve the teaching effect,improve the students'independent self-study ability and cooperative practice ability,help to cultivate the students'independent scientific research ability,and serve the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
