As one of the core courses of Statistics specialty,Sampling Survey has high theoretical and practical requirements.In order to make full use of the advantages of sampling survey technology,students must have a deep understanding of sampling theory and carry out sufficient practical training.Based on the course construction and teaching reform of Sampling Survey in Jiangsu Normal University,this paper describes the shortcomings in the teaching of Sampling Survey in local universities,and summarizes the reform measures we have taken in the aspects of"curriculum thinking and politics","knowledge framework construction","practical training"and"curriculum assessment".The relevant measures aim at reshaping the curriculum knowledge framework,expanding the access to data in the age of big data,and improving students'practical innovation ability in using sampling survey technology.
