基于理论-实验-项目三位一体的制造工程认知实践课程改革

为了使学生在学习制造工程认识实践课程中,将理论知识的学习、实验技能的训练及实践能力的培养有机融合,提出构建理论-实验-项目三位一体的课题体系.理论部分主要起到扩大学生的知识面,了解制造业的前沿的目的;实验部分主要通过设计不同的实验环节,让学生掌握基本的实验技能;实践项目是基于学习的理论知识及掌握的实验技能,通过完整的项目选题、项目实施及项目展示培养学生的创新能力及实践动手能力.通过理论-实验-项目并行推进、融汇贯通,从而达到学生知识、技能、能力的全方位提升.同时建立与前期课程CAD和工程制图的衔接,打通由"工程表达"到"工程实现"的渠道,通过在课程中引入"精度""配合""成本""效率"等概念,为学生后续系统学习机械设计、机械制造基础、先进制造实践等专业课程起到引导作用,从而实现课程的衔接与贯通.
In order to organically integrate the learning of theoretical knowledge,the training of experimental skills and the cultivation of practical ability in the course of Awareness Practice of Manufacturing Engineering,a system of theory-experiment-project trinity was proposed.The theoretical part is mainly for the purpose of expanding students'knowledge and understanding the frontiers of manufacturing.In the experimental part,students can master basic experimental skills by designing different experimental links.The practical project is based on the theoretical knowledge learned and the experimental skills mastered,and through the complete project topic selection,project implementation and project demonstration,students'innovative ability and practical ability are cultivated.Through the parallel advancement and integration of theory-experiment-practice,students'knowledge,skills and abilities can be improved in an all-round way.At the same time,establish a connection with the previous course CAD and Engineering Drawing,and open up the channel from"engineering expression"to"engineering realization".By introducing concepts such as"precision""fits""cost"and"efficiency"into the course,it will guide students to systematically study Mechanical Design,Mechanical Manufacturing Fundamentals,Advanced Manufacturing Practice and other professional courses,so as to realize the connecting and implementation of the curriculum.
