Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of information security talent training in universities,combined with the professional characteristics of our university and the industrial characteristics of Yibin area,this paper puts forward the idea of information security talent training based on the deep integration of industry and education.This paper focuses on the concise professional characteristics,the construction of curriculum optimization and curriculum group,the construction of supporting experimental environment,and the training method of information security talents based on the industrial demand and the integration of certification system.After more than two-year construction,the cultivation of information security talents in our university has achieved initial results,and has greatly improved in information security competition,exam certification,employment rate and employment relevance.In the future,we will continue to optimize our talent training mode and strive to achieve better results in information security talent training.
