基于产教融合的专业学位研究生"321"培养模式探索与实践

通过对国内高校专业学位研究生培养中存在问题的分析,并与国外发达国家工程硕士培养模式的比较,汲取他们有益的经验,结合淮阴工学院"国家特需项目"化工领域下化工过程强化与装备方向硕士研究生多年培养经验,构建一种基于产教融合的专业学位研究生"321"培养新模式,经过近几年的实践取得了明显成效.
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the cultivating professional degree postgraduates in domestic universities and comparison with the cultivating modes of engineering masters in foreign developed countries,we draw on their useful experience and combine the cultivating experience of postgraduate students in the direction of chemical process reinforcement and equipment under the"National Special Demand Project"of Huaiyin Institute of Technology.We construct a new cultivating mode of"321"for professional degree postgraduates based on the integration of industry and education,and has achieved remarkable results in practice in recent years.
