中医专业型研究生培养方式探析

研究生教育是我国人才培养必不可少的教育发展策略,中医学作为我国的传统医学,其专业型研究生的培养也十分重要.结合中医学专业的特点,简要分析中医学专业型研究生培养的特点与要求.认为中医学是一个综合性极强,涉及知识面广,专业分支多的专业,其培养重心应当主要集中在临床思维和实践、科研能力、职业素养这三个方面,针对中医学专业型研究生培养的现况,提出相应的改革建议,增强临床教育,重视技能培训;完善培养评价体系,全方面多元化评价;重视人文教育,树立良好医德医风.
Postgraduate education is an essential educational development strategy for cultivating talents in China.As traditional medicine in China,Traditional Chinese medicine also plays an important role in cultivating professional postgraduates.Combined with the characteristics of Traditional Chinese medicine specialty,this paper briefly analyzes the characteristics and requirements of the cultivation of professional graduate students of Traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that Traditional Chinese medicine is a highly comprehensive specialty with a wide range of knowledge and many professional branches,and its training focus should mainly focus on clinical thinking and practice,scientific research ability,and professional quality.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of professional graduate students of Traditional Chinese medicine,corresponding reform suggestions are put forward,strengthen clinical education,attach importance to skill training;Improve the training evaluation system,Diversified evaluation in all aspects;Emphasize humanistic education and establish good medical ethics and style.
