中国特色学徒制视域下专业思政教育实践路径研究——以工业过程自动化技术专业为例

针对工业过程自动化技术专业思政内涵、元素、路径不清晰等限制,开展中国特色学徒制视域下工业过程自动化技术专业思政教学探索与实践.构建工业过程自动化技术专业思政整体框架,提出基于"模块化课程组式、校企联动式、线上线下一体化式"的全方位课程思政育人模式,开发中国特色学徒制背景下"三课堂"协同式"课程思政"育人路径,有效解决课程思政在人才培养全过程存在的系统性、连贯性、逻辑性等不足的问题,实现工业过程自动化技术专业人才培养质量的全面提升.
In view of the limitations of the connotation,elements and path of professional ideology and politics of industrial process automation technology,the exploration and practice of professional ideology and politics teaching of industrial process automation technology from the perspective of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics are carried out.It constructs the overall framework of professional ideology and politics in industrial process automation technology,puts forward a comprehensive curriculum ideological and political education model based on"modular curriculum group,school-enterprise linkage,online and offline integration",and develops the"three classes"cooperative"curriculum ideology and politics"education path under the background of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics.It effectively solves the problems of systematicness,coherence and logic existing in the whole process of talent training of curriculum ideology and politics,and realizes the overall improvement of the quality of talent training for industrial process automation technology professionals.
