Microbial Ecology is a discipline in close association with human activities,and the course has been widely set up in biological major of domestic universities.It is need to design a set of curriculum system that is applicable to Chinese baijiu brewing engineering major,due to microbial ecology course covering a widely and broadly field.In this paper,we reformed the content of microbial ecology course based upon the talent training goal and microbial theories behind the practical production.We aimed to enable the students to grasp the theory system of microbial ecology,to analyze the production problem and propose the resolution scheme,and to build up the correct values and views on life during the learning of this course.
