在研究生专业课教育教学过程中嵌入适宜的场景,是"以学生为中心"、突出学生"主体"地位,更加关注学生学习体验和需求的教学模式尝试.研究生运营管理课程采用场景化教学模式,可以通过贯穿始终的运营管理虚拟仿真场景化案例设计、企业运营沙盘推演、辩论赛、大数据决策模拟、课程思政场景设计等解决学生对知识理解接受度低的问题;解决对传统产业转型升级和新兴产业发展带来的新管理模式的认知问题;解决筑牢中华民族共同体意识、管工交叉、文理融合及创新过程中的认知壁垒问题;解决地方高校因缺乏大规模、频繁进出的社会实践实习基地带来的学生实践能力和高阶管理思维能力不强的问题.
Embedding appropriate scenes in the teaching process of postgraduate professional course is an attempt of teaching model that is"student-centred",highlights the subject status of students and pays more attention to students'learning experience and needs.The course of Operation Management for postgraduate adopts a scene-based teaching mode,which can solve the problem of students'low acceptance of knowledge understanding through the continuous operation management virtual simulation scene-based case design,enterprise operation sand table deduction,debate competition,big data decision simulation and course ideological and political scene design.Meanwhile,it solves the cognitive problems of the new management mode brought about by the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the development of emerging industries;it solves the cognitive barriers in the process of strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese nation,intersection of management and engineering,fusion of liberal arts and sciences and innovation;and it solves the problem of students'poor practical ability and high-level management thinking ability brought about by the lack of large-scale and frequent in and out the social practice bases in local colleges and universities.
