面向全英文课程的青年教师导师制研究与探讨

导师制是快速提升高校青年教师教学能力的有效手段,随着近年来高校陆续开设全英文课程,如何在全英文课程中顺利开展导师制是亟待解决的问题.该文介绍在全英文课程中开展导师制的路径探索.首先介绍导师制的现状及实施过程.随后分析全英文课程的特点和导师制在全英文课程中遇到的困难.最后提出导师制在全英文课程中实施的若干改进办法,帮助快速提升青年教师全英文授课能力,助力建设一流全英文课程.
Tutorial system is an effective ways to rapidly improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities.With the introduction of all-English courses in colleges and universities in recent years,how to smoothly carry out tutorial system in all-English courses is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper introduces the way to develop the tutorial system in English courses.Firstly,the present situation and implementation process of tutorial system are introduced.Then we analyze the characteristics of the all-English course and the difficulties encountered by the tutorial system in the all-English course.Finally,we put forward some improvement measures to implement the tutorial system in the all-English courses,which helps to quickly improve the all-English teaching ability of young teachers and help to build first-class all-English courses.
