Influenced by Covid-19,international academic exchanges have been transformed from offline to online,mainly in the form of online academic conferences,and civil engineering is no exception.In order to understand the attitude and evaluation of relevant scholars in the field of civil engineering towards the online conference mode,this study designs a series of questionnaires,and constructs the influencing factor model of participation intention and behavior of international online academic conference in this field and the evaluation system of academic information exchange effect based on UTAUT model and PERVAL system dimension theory.The study uses SPSS26.0 and AMOS36.0 to analyze assumptions and variables.The results show that performance expectation and effort expectation have a significant positive impact on the willingness to participate in online academic conferences;social needs have a significant negative impact on the willingness to participate in online academic conferences;functional expectation and social influence have no significant impact on this intention.Among the participants'evaluation of various indicators of international online academic conferences,social value is high;academic information income and users'emotional performance are weak;the application degree of academic information is mediocre.This study will help to better build online academic exchange systemin the field of civil engineering,and provide thinking and reference for relevant research.
