This study conducted empirical analysis around the influencing factors of the quality of undergraduate graduation theses with economy and management majors in Shandong Province.It is shown that data possession,time investment,classroom learning,energy investment,surrounding atmosphere and teacher-student interaction all have significant impacts on the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis,the surrounding atmosphere and teacher-student interaction also play a partly regulatory role.So it is necessary to establish a total quality management concept,comprehensively promote from the aspects of optimizing hardware investment,improving the construction of the graduation thesis system,optimizing the learning atmosphere and enhancing the interaction between teachers and students to systematically improve the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis.
