基于学习动力的模拟电子技术课程教学改革与实践

学习动力直接影响高等教育的人才培养质量.针对当前模拟电子技术课程教学中难以激发学习动机、维持学习兴趣、学生自我效能感不足等问题,提出基于学习动力的课程教学改革策略.从多维度优化教学内容、多元化组织教学实施、多样化拓展课外活动三个层面逐步提升学生的学习动力.教学实践表明,该课程教学改革策略能够有效改善学生的学习行为、提高学习效果、提升课程的教学质量.
Learning motivation directly affects the quality of talent training in higher education.The teaching reform strategy based on learning motivation is proposed for the problem that it is difficult to stimulate learning motivation,maintain learning interest and students'lack of self-efficacy in the current teaching of Analog Electronic Technology course.The learning motivation of students should be gradually improved from three aspects:multi-dimensional optimization of teaching content,diversified organization of teaching implementation and diversified expansion of extracurricular activities.The teaching practice shows that the teaching reform strategy can effectively improve the students'learning behavior,improve the learning effect,and enhance the teaching quality of the course.
