科教融合背景下海洋类专业培养模式创新与实践

以"推动科教融合发展,为海洋技术科学领域培养精英科技人才"为宗旨,山东某高校全面发挥科研院所的人才、平台、科研优势,搭建科教深度融合的海洋类专业人才培养平台,通过科教融合背景下学科与专业一体化建设,综合运用SWOT态势分析与"校、生、所三位一体"培养模式,构建基于海洋类专业的科教融合创新人才培养体系,完善教学内容和教学资源建设,提升海洋类人才培养质量,发挥科教融合学业导师引领示范作用,推进海洋人才教育工作,实现海洋学科建设的开放式发展,最终服务于"科教树人经海"的使命践行.
With the purpose of"promoting the integrated development of science and education and cultivating elite scientific and technological talents for the field of marine technology and science",this paper builds a training platform for marine professional talents with deep integration of science and education under the background of giving full play to the talents,platforms and scientific research advantages of a university research institute in Shandong.Through the integration of disciplines and majors under the background of science and education integration,this study comprehensively utilizes SWOT situation analysis and the training model of"school,student and university in one body"to build a training system for science and education integration and innovation talents based on marine majors.This study improves the construction of teaching content and teaching resources,improves the quality of marine talents training,and plays the leading and exemplary role of academic tutors in integrating science and education.This study promotes the education of Marine talents,realizes the open development of marine discipline construction,and ultimately serves the mission of"educating people through the sea through science and education".
