高职院校订单班人才培养研究与实践——以建筑智能化工程技术专业为例

校企合作、产教融合是高等职业教育发展的趋势及重要组成部分,该文主要研究高职院校订单班培养模式,并以建筑智能化工程技术专业日立电梯订单班为例,详细叙述开展订单班的过程,并对订单班实施经验进行研究与分析;校企合作双方"互利共嬴"是校企合作的宗旨,双方的利益与责任必须高度统一;订单班人才培养模式实现人才的精准培养,降低企业的经营成本,缓解学生的就业压力,加大校企合作的力度,促进教育链、人才链、产业链、创新链的有机结合,应该得到肯定、推广及发展.
School-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education are the trends and important components of the development of higher vocational education.This paper mainly studies the training mode of order-based classes in higher vocational colleges,and takes the Hitachi order-based class for architectural intelligence engineering technology as an example to describe in detail the process of carrying out the order class,and the experience of implementing the order class is studied and analyzed.The school-enterprise cooperation"mutual benefit and win-win"is the purpose of the school-enterprise cooperation,and the interests and responsibilities of both parties must be highly unified.The order class talent training model is realized accurate training of talents,reducing the operating cost of enterprises,easing the employment pressure of students,increasing the intensity of school-enterprise cooperation,and promoting the organic combination of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain.Innovation chain should be recognized,promoted and developed.
