The new round of scientific and technological revolution represented by low-carbon,electricized,intelligent and unmanned has important scientific significance and application prospects.The construction of high-quality textbooks,first-class course and new cross-integration course is an important content of the first-class major under the background of new engineering.The article focuses on the national first-class major construction of mechanical engineering and the first-class major of Jiangsu Province of vehicle engineering in Nanjing University of Science and Technology under the new situation,facing the major national needs of the new four modernizations.Based on the national key publishing plan for excellent textbooks of modern mechanical engineering,excellent textbooks for the seventh military universities,and new engineering textbooks,the integrated construction among excellent textbooks and the technical basic course and core courses of the automotive new four modernizations is conducted,so that mutual promotion between the courses and textbooks is realized.Remarkable practical results are achieved.
