经过五年的科教融合探索实践,齐鲁工业大学(山东省科学院)在学科建设、科研创新、人才引育、成果转化和社会服务等方面获得快速发展,充分彰显科教融合的独特优势.科教融合学院-药学院紧跟国家科教融合政策导向,紧贴地方药学专业建设需求,深挖自身人才和科研优势,从明晰育人方向、构建课程体系、创新培养模式、夯实师资力量和强化校企合作五个方面入手,探索实践药学专业科教融合建设的新路径、新形态.该文以药学专业建设为例,梳理专业在科教融合方面所做的工作、取得成效,以及存在的矛盾问题和发展方向,为下一步创新推进科教融合发展,合力培育优质人才,加快科教成果落地提供参考借鉴.
After five years of exploration and practice of the integration of science and education,Qilu University of Technology(Shandong Academy of Sciences)has achieved rapid development in discipline construction,scientific research innovation,talent introduction and education,achievement transformation,and social services,which fully demonstrates the unique advantages of the integration of science and education.Integrated School of Science and Education-School of Pharmaceutical Sciences closely follows the national policy guidance of the integration of science and education,and closely meets the needs of local pharmacy construction.By deeply digging its own talents and scientific research advantages,the paper explored and practiced the new path and form of pharmacy science and education integration construction from five aspects,including clarifying the direction of education,constructing the curriculum system,innovating the training mode,strengthening the faculty strength,and strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation.Taking the construction of pharmacy as an example,this paper summarizes the work and achievements of the specialty in the integration of science and education,as well as the existing contradictions and development direction to promote the integrated development of science and education,jointly cultivate high-quality talents,accelerate the implementation of science and educational achievements to provide reference for the next step of innovation.
