Based on the analysis of the present situation of college labor education,the paper proposes to construct the synergy mechanism of labor education among government,universities and society.The government should play a good guiding function in labor education,provide policy and system support for labor education,and do a good job of bridging and linking colleges and universities with society.To deepen the main function of labor education in colleges and universities,the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people should be carried through the labor education,so as to cultivate students'correct labor concept,construct professional workshops,and create practical venues for labor education.The society provides site support for colleges and universities to carry out labor education,and facilitates the implementation and smooth development of college labor education.
