翻转课堂在营养代谢病学课程教学实践中的探索

营养代谢病学主要研究营养性疾病和代谢紊乱性疾病,是水产养殖专业必修的一门基础课.该门课程涉及到多个学科,尚无统一的针对水产养殖专业学生的教材,知识点多且容易混淆,传统教学方式起到的教学效果不显著.作者结合近几年的教学经验,归纳和总结该门课程教学中存在的现状问题,针对目前就业对具备专业技能的高素质复合型人才的需求,基于翻转课堂提出教学方法的改革,以期为水产养殖专业开展营养代谢病学教学提供理论参考.
Nutritional Metabolism is a compulsory basic course for students majoring in aquaculture,which mainly studies nutritional diseases and metabolic disorders.This course involves many disciplines,there is no unified teaching material for students majoring in aquaculture,and there are many knowledge points which are easily confused,so the traditional teaching mode can hardly achieve the expected teaching effect.Combining with the teaching experience in recent years,the author summarized the existing problems in the teaching of this course,aimed at the current employment demand for high-quality compound talents with professional skills,and put forward the reform of teaching methods based on the flipped classroom,in order to provide theoretical reference for aquaculture specialty to carry out nutritional metabolism course.
