Animal Nutrition and Feeding is an important professional basic course and main course for animal science professional masters offered by the College of Animal Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University.This course plays a key role in the teaching and training process of the master's degree in aquaculture.This course is a course that closely integrates theory and practice,emphasizing on training professional masters to understand the frontiers of discipline development and solve practical problems in production.Taking this course as an example,this paper will carry out curriculum reform in view of the current situation of the course design,teaching methods,assessment methods and practical links,actively explore teaching methods,and innovate assessment methods,in order to provide reference for the curriculum reform of sister colleges and universities.
