教育硕士眼中"好教师教育者"的专业角色定位——基于NVivo11软件的质性文本分析

教师教育者所扮演的专业角色对于教育硕士教师职业能力的形成与发展影响重大.研究对H大学 40 份教育硕士关于他们眼中"好教师教育者"的角色期待文本资料展开分析,探究教育硕士眼中"好教师教育者"的专业角色定位.采用质性分析的方法,运用NVivo11 软件,对文本资料进行逐级编码,构建教育硕士眼中"好教师教育者"的角色模型.研究结果表明,教育硕士眼中的"好教师教育者"的角色可以归纳为研究者、引导者、激发者、联络者、示范者五大角色,结合文本及相关理论对五大角色进行内涵解析.研究结果可为教师教育者的专业发展指明具体方向.
The professional role played by teacher educators has a great impact on the formation and development of professional ability of teachers of master of education.This study focuses on teacher educators in higher education institutions in China.Using NVivo11 software,this study analyzes the text materials of 40 education masters in H University about"good teacher educators"in their eyes,explores the professional role positioning of"good teacher educators"and builds a professional role model of"good teacher educators"in the eyes of education masters.The research results show that"good teacher educator"in the eyes of master of education can be summarized into five roles:researcher,leader,motivator,liaison and demonstrator.Based on the text data of master of education and related theories,the positioning and connotation of each role are analyzed.The research results can provide theoretical guidance and practical direction for teacher educators to strive to become"good teacher educators".
