研究生自主学习、交际沟通能力与学业表现的影响研究

硕士研究生阶段十分强调学生的自主学习,要求学习者保持积极的学习心态,做到学习自律,以达到预期的学习目标.然而,硕士研究生的学习意愿、学习自律容易受到各种因素的影响.该文主要研究硕士研究生交际沟通能力、自主学习共同对学业的影响.研究发现,硕士研究生的交际沟通能力对自主学习具有促进作用,强化硕士研究生的努力程度,进而提升学业成就,特别是在学习团队中发挥重要作用.此外,研究还发现,研究生参与社会实践有助于强化自主学习意愿.因此,研究生教育应当培养学生的交际沟通能力、增加学生社会实践和优化研究生学业评价,从而提高研究生教育的质量.
At the postgraduate stage,independentlearning is highly emphasized,and learners are required to maintain a positive learning attitude and achieve self-discipline in order to achieve the expected learning goals.However,the learning willingness and self-discipline of postgraduate students are easily affected by various factors.This paper mainly studies the influence of communication ability and independent learning on the academic performance of postgraduates.The research found that the communication ability of the postgraduate students can promote independent learning,strengthen the effort degree of the postgraduate students,and then improve their academic achievements,especially in the learning team.In addition,the study also found that postgraduate participating in social practice can help strengthen their willingness to learn independently.Therefore,postgraduate education should cultivate students'communicative ability,increase students'social practice and optimize their academic evaluation,so as to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
