基于家国情怀的新商科课程思政建设实践与反思——以国际企业管理课程建设为例

课程思政建设是高校为了响应党中央"重视人才培养和思想政治工作"的号召,积极推行的面向全课程的教育教学改革.该文总结在国际企业管理课程建设中如何践行立德树人的根本任务,体现家国情怀的课程使命,将中国国情与西方管理理论融合,坚持特定的社会制度、价值体系和意识形态,剖析中国企业国际化独特的管理现象和实际问题的教学实践经验;具体从教学设计与思政元素、教学过程与思政融入以及教学评价与思政效果三个方面进行了深入的回顾与反思,并针对课程思政改革实践中遇到的实际困难,给出合理可行的建议,为进一步推进高等学校新商科专业课程思政建设提供一些有益的参考.
The curriculum ideological and political construction is an educational and teaching reform for the whole curriculum actively carried out by colleges and universities in response to the call of"paying more attention to talents training and ideological and political work"from the Central Committee of the CPC.This paper summarizes how to practice the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people and embody the course mission of"feeling of home and country"in the course construction of"International Business Management",integrates China's national conditions with western management theories,adheres to specific social system,value system and ideology,and analyzes the teaching practice experience of the unique management phenomenon and practical problems of Chinese enterprises internationalization.The paper carries the deep review and thorough reflection from the teaching design and ideological elements,the teaching process and the ideological integration,teaching effect and ideological effect three aspects.According to the practical difficulties through the practice of the ideological and political curriculum construction,the paper also gives feasible suggestions and some useful reference in order to promote the quality of colleges and universities for the ideological and political curriculum construction.
