立德树人-技能培养融合的现代机械工程师专业实习路径探索

为提高机械专业实习的效果,该文在分析国内外实习教学模式、特点的基础上,针对当前实习方法的成功之处和局限性,结合同济大学机械专业的要求和特点,探索立德树人-技能培养融合的机械专业实习路径,并对所完成的机械专业实习过程予以说明.从整体看,融合思政过程的专业实践模式取得较为理想的效果,提高机械专业学生实践技能水平,培养学生奉献机械行业,热爱本专业的热情.
In order to improve the effect of mechanical professional practice,this paper,on the basis of the analysis of practice teaching mode,home and characteristics,according to the success and limitations of the current practice method,combined with the requirements and characteristics of mechanical engineering in Tongji University,explore the practical path of mechanical specialty integrating moral cultivation and skill training.and explain the completed mechanical professional practice process.On the whole,the professional practice mode integrating the ideological and political process has achieved relatively ideal results,improved the practical skills of students majoring in machinery,and cultivated the enthusiasm of students to contribute to the machinery industry and love their major.
