"Optimization Method"is a public basic course for graduate students of Harbin Institute of Technology.The course aims to consolidate the mathematical foundation of postgraduates in science and engineering,focuses on improving students'ability to solve practical problems using optimization methods,cultivates and trains students'comprehensive quality and skills,and lays a solid foundation for cultivating compound innovative talents.In the teaching process,guided by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's congratulatory letter to Harbin Institute of Technology,based on the national conditions and school conditions,we actively promote the construction of the ideological and political education system with the curriculum as the carrier,and consider the spirit of the congratulatory letter,the history of discipline development,patriotic deeds,and scientific significance.The organic combination of political elements and teaching content realizes the ideological and political education goal of"three-in-one"of core value guidance,multi-dimensional knowledge transfer,and comprehensive quality development.
