中文摘要：水草组织细胞培养是一门理论学习与实践相结合的应用类专业课程,该文通过教学实践经验与反思,以学生为主体,通过采用实物讲解,综合应用雨课堂和课程思政相结合的方式,提升了学生的听课效率,给出水产类专业教学模式改革探索的实例.

外文摘要：Tissue and Cell Culture of Aquatic Plant is a professional course of aquaculture that combines theoretical study with practical application.In this study,through teaching practice experience and reflection,it was taken student-oriented teaching method,explained by using physical material,with combining rain-classroom technology and political reform program in practice.This reform significantly improved the teaching efficiency of classroom teaching,which provides a reference for teaching mode reform of aquatic specialty.
